6 cl Hibiki Japanese Harmony (or a Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky)
3 cl Suntory Umeshu Yamazaki Cask
2 bar spoons of Pedro Ximenez sherry
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Preparation: Stir all the ingredients in a stirring glass on ice, pour into a pre-chilled glass and sprinkle with the oil of a flamed orange zest.
